"Vi & Våra Vidunder" (Us and Our Beasts) is a colouringbook about the small (and big) monsters of everyday life. Thoughts that sneak up on us at night, impulses we try to ignore, and everyday worries we can't escape. Here, they are given body and form, in the shape of monsters and creatures we all carry within us.
This project combines illustration, storytelling and expressive typography to give form to emotions we all recognize. Each spread features a monster, a short descriptive text, and a title designed in a typeface that reflects the creature’s personality and qualities. Mixing fonts with handdrawn lettering to enhance the storytelling.
